ACHP welcomed plan advocates, policy specialists and pharmacy directors to Washington, D.C., for meetings with lawmakers on high-cost prescription drugs.
The meeting began with strategy session over lunch featuring policy, political and strategy presentations. After the strategy session, ACHP member plans met with leadership at CMS. Later that evening, ACHP hosted a reception in the Rayburn House Office Building for plan representatives and were joined Congressional staff.
The next day, ACHP held a congressional staff panel followed by additional programming until approximately 10:00 am when representatives went to the Hill for meetings.
