Early Innovator Grants Announcement
The Department of Health and Human Services announced $241 million dollars in "early innovator" grants to state. The states receiving these grants including Oregon, New York, Wisconsin, and a multi-state consortium led by the University of Massachusettes are leaders in state-exchange IT development.
