Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan (CDPHP) has made it to round three of the Albany Business Review’s Social Madness competition. The organization has been on Facebook and Twitter for a few years, and has recently expanded to LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Pinterest. CDPHP has focused its social media efforts on identifying topics to share that are relevant to their audience’s day-to-day lives. CDPHP also has posted behind the scene photos of employees enjoying the company picnic. The response to CDPHP’s Facebook page has been very positive and CDPHP has used the outlet outlet to engage the community with safe and neutral social content.
