Kaiser Permanente Receives ‘A’ Grade in Patient Safety

Kaiser Permanente’s Moanalua Medical Center has been honored with a grade of A in the Fall 2014 Hospital Safety Score, which rates how well hospitals protect patients from errors, injuries and infections. The Hospital Safety Score is compiled under the guidance of experts on patient safety and is administered by The Leapfrog Group, an independent industry watchdog. Moanalua Medical Center is one of Kaiser Permanente’s 32 medical centers nationally to receive an A grade.
