Kaiser Permanente Receives Four Stars in Quality of Care and Member Satisfaction

For the fifth consecutive year, Kaiser Permanente in California received four stars — the highest possible rating — in overall quality of care and member satisfaction, according to the 2013 HMO Quality Report Card from the California Office of the Patient Advocate. The annual HMO Quality Report Card gives California consumers side-by-side comparisons of the largest HMO health plans in the state, ranking them on several national quality-of-care and member care experience measures that have immediate and long-term implications on their health.
