Kaiser Permanente Colorado Rated Number One in Nation for Prevention and Health Promotion

Kaiser Permanente Colorado is rated number one in the nation for best performance in prevention and health promotion, according to a new survey of employers released by the nonprofit National Business Coalition on Health. The 2013 eValue8 TM survey is an annual health care accountability and quality improvement assessment used by employers and coalitions to manage the quality and efficiency of America’s health plans. Kaiser Permanente Colorado received the top score in the nation in Prevention and Health promotion, which includes cancer screenings, immunization programs, tobacco cessation, weight management, obstetrics and health promotion and worksite wellness.
