Kaiser Permanente No. 1 in Customer Satisfaction in 2014 Insure.com Study

Kaiser Permanente is ranked highest for customer satisfaction among health insurance organizations for the second year in a row, according to Insure.com’s annual study. Kaiser Permanente received a score of 93.4 out of 100, finishing ahead of 14 other large health insurance companies. This honor for customer service is the most recent in a string of accolades for quality and service earned by Kaiser Permanente hospitals and health plans.

Insure.com’s ratings are based on five criteria: customer service, claims satisfaction, value for price paid, percent of customers who plan to renew and percent who would recommend the company.
