In Michigan, state government officials and health insurers are working to develop the information technology infrastructure and policies to ensure the exchanges run smoothly when open enrollment begins on Oct. 1. Priority Health is one of 12 plans nationally that are working with federal officials to test how the insurers’ IT systems connect with federal marketplaces.
