Community Groups Benefit From Over $190,000 in Kaiser Permanente Hawaii Grant Funding

Kaiser Permanente Hawaii announced Friday it has selected six community health and wellness organizations to receive grants for their work serving Hawaii’s youth and populations at risk. The following recipients will be awarded a combined total of more than $190,000 in community benefit funds: The Department of Education, Honolulu Theater for Youth, Hawaii Appleseed Center, Hep Free Hawaii, Kupu’s “CommunityU” and Mala’ai.
