Despite the Administration’s actions last week, insurers offering plans on the Obamacare exchanges are getting by, many indicating they will remain in the state marketplaces next year. Without the payments, insurers will still have to provide discounts to customers — but they will have to absorb the added cost, which most will attempt to recover by increasing premiums. “The market can only take so many shocks,” said ACHP President and CEO Ceci Connolly.
