HealthPlan Performance Gauges

One of ACHP's core strengths is analyzing member performance and translating the results into strategies that improve the quality of care they provide.

ACHP's 2008 HealthPlan Performance Gauge, our premiere analysis product, generates a dashboard of performance on quality, service or utilization metrics and produces detailed reports on individual measures or clusters of measures. Users can analyze an organization's performance during a single year or over time. The Gauge also compares performance with competitors, ACHP members, the best-performing plans in the country or any designated plans. Opportunities for "Improvement" and "Best in Class" applications automatically determine which measures offer plans the largest opportunities for improvement, as well as which organizations are the top performers in those targeted areas.
