The Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP) submitted comments to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on the CY 2025 Medicare Advantage (MA) and Part D Advance Notice. ACHP encourages CMS to continue exploring improvements to the MA program and highlights the policy recommendations included in MA for Tomorrow, including modifications to the risk adjustment program and changes to broker compensation.
