Four ACHP Members Named J.D. Power “Customer Champions”

WASHINGTON, D.C. — In  conjunction with FORTUNE Custom Publishing, J.D. Power has named Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan (Albany, N.Y.), HealthPartners (Minneapolis, Minn.), Independent Health (Buffalo, N.Y.) and SelectHealth (Murray,   Utah) to its list of 2014 “Customer Champions.” The ACHP members are four of the five health insurance plans to receive the honor. According to a press release from J.D. Power, the 50 Customer Champions “demonstrate the  ability to provide the highest level of customer service based on their most important critics — their customers.” To make the list, ACHP plans not only excelled within their own industry, but also rose above companies in other sectors. The rankings are based on consumer feedback of over 600 brands.
