Today, Alliance of Community Health Plans’ president and CEO, Jack Ebeler, gave a tutorial on Medicare financing during a “Medicare Academy” sponsored by the National Academy of Social Insurance (NASI).
Ebeler joined Tricia Neuman, Vice President and Director, Medicare Policy, Kaiser Family Foundation for a session on “Medicare: The Basics,” which kicked-off the NASI event aimed at educating interns, fellows and young professionals about the Medicare program.

Jack Ebeler serves on the board of directors of NASI and has been a member of the organization since 1992. The National Academy of Social Insurance is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization made up of the nation’s leading experts on social insurance. Its mission is to promote understanding and informed policymaking on social insurance and related programs through research, public education, training, and the open exchange of ideas.
