Michelle Goode McLean

Michelle Goode McLean joined ACHP as Chief of Staff in April 2011. Michelle manages ACHP’s strategic planning processes and related functions; coordinates and facilitates ACHP staff work on behalf of the CEO; provides leadership on ACHP’s internal and external communications activities; and directs ACHP’s office operations, including core office administrative functions. 

Michelle has an extensive background in non-profit association management. Prior to joining ACHP, Michelle served as the Chief of Staff at NABA, Inc., where her responsibilities included direct oversight of the association’s administrative operations, facility management, governance, human resources, marketing and communications, membership operations and space planning. Michelle was previously Chief Operating Officer at the International Rett Syndrome Association (IRSA) and Director, Governance Operations at the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).  

Michelle is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned a Non-Profit Management Certificate from Duke University.
