Chief Network Officer
General Statement of Duties
Provide overall leadership to the company’s mission and value. Develop, implement and maintain performance measures for each product line in collaboration with the senior leadership and especially the Chief Medical Officer that include customer performance targets, health outcome targets, medical and administrative cost targets.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree required in public health, health care administration, business administration, or related field and a minimum of 10 years progressively responsible experience working in a senior leadership role managing health plan operations and managed care; OR any work experience and/or training that would likely provide the ability to perform the essential functions of the position. Masters degree in business or health care and knowledge of regulations and statutes pertaining to Affordable Care Act, Medicare and Medicaid is preferred. Strong experience building and maintaining relationships with community-based health organizations is also preferred.
