CMS – Medicare Advantage and Part D Proposed Rule for Contract Year 2013
CMS published the proposed rule for Medicare Advantage and Part D benefits program for contract year 2013. Congressional Budget Office - Spending Patterns: Prescription Drugs Under Medicare Part D

The Commonwealth Fund, as part of their In The Literature series, provided a summary and a Health Affairs study looking at 17 states that are aligning standards for medical home, and incentives to drive primary care within their Medicaid program. Kaiser Family Foundation - Medicaid Maintenance of Eligibility 
The Kaiser Family Foundation prepared a brief on the maintenance of eligibility provisions in the ACA. States have been expanding CHIP coverage and are required to expand adult coverage to 133% of the federal poverty level in 2014; the ACA’s maintenance of eligibility provisions prohibit states from changing eligibility requirements or coverage until 2014 for adults and 2019 for children.
